Introduction

As an architect living in Arizona, it has been my personal goal to find balance between an aggressive work schedule and health. Each day my passion for problem solving and team collaboration gets me out of bed. In order to meet the goals of pushing peak performance and being highly effective, being active and improving health are a must. Luckily, I have found some good resources and met awesome people with expertise on staying active and fit, which helps keep my performance high without having to sacrifice what little time is left from practice.

This site will be my attempt at sharing the information I have found and to reach out to find others who might be right in the same place as I am.

    Improvements, can you share more of how you were able to accomplish so much to get healthy and how long it took you to get where you are now?
